Smart Journey Consulting was inspired by my decision to relocate abroad, a move that began as a simple idea and became a powerful life transition. After I made the move, something unexpected happened: people started reaching out. Friends, former colleagues, and even the adult children of aging parents kept asking the same questions—How did you do it? Where do you even begin? How can I help my parents make a move like this safely and realistically?

I realized there was a significant gap between the dream of living abroad and the practical steps needed to make it happen—especially for adults 50+ and for families supporting them. Smart Journey Consulting was created to bridge that gap.

This work isn’t about promoting a specific country or lifestyle; it’s about teaching the how—the planning, logistics, timelines, decision-making, and mindset that turn an idea into a well-thought-out plan.
